The Challenge
Impact San Antonio pools member contributions to award significant grants to local nonprofits. Applicants must explain a concrete need, show how the proposed project will improve lives, and do it through a video strong enough to stand out in a competitive review process. Both partners also faced firm deadlines and needed their stories to remain clear, credible, and emotionally grounded.
Our Approach
Key Ideas developed each film around the project beneficiaries and the practical difference a grant could make. The production combined interviews, scripted material, supporting footage, archival photography, editing, revisions, and ASL interpretation so the final applications were both persuasive and accessible.
